Currently hiring for Multiple Senior Level and mid-level Project and Program Manager level positions at a major twin-cities client.

• Positions require application development background with Financial Services/ Banking and Healthcare experience.

• Candidates with current responsibilities and having managed multiple projects and matrix resources will be preferred.

• Must have proven success in managing budgets and successful delivery of projects. Good communication and dealing with business customers on all levels.

• Executive briefing may be required in some cases.

• Facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key for all positions.

• Experience in the compliance arena is a plus in some cases.

• Experience in Requirements gathering, 3 years.
• Use case documentation, 3 years.
• Business process modeling and data modeling, 3 years.
• Database and SQL experience.
• GUI specification of web-based applications.
